  • Developed over 2500 detailed business requirements and prioritized 1600 commercial online banking customer requirements
  • Solidified bank’s technical architecture so that they could agree on definitive enterprise standards (lowering implementation costs) & SOA Architecture and Vendor
  • Wrote and executed all test cases (pre- and post-customization)
  • Maintained a traceability matrix of test cases to use cases (requirements)
  • Managed and tracked all identified defects and their resolution

Bottom Line

  • The bank paid less than 10% of the vendor’s original quoted price
  • We successfully managed a “not-to-exceed” bid that avoided costly modifications and service increases the vendor had tried to force on the bank with advanced negotiation tactics
